Stage 1: STS Crane Twistlock Latch

The Ship-to-Shore (STS) Crane trolley moves over the designated vessel cell guide, aligns twistlocks, and locks onto the container pins.

Hardware & Network Activity:

Primary Access Point / LTE Cradlepoint verifies crane telemetry. Twistlocks close and hoist initiates lifting motion from the vessel hold.
